All prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable VAT where required. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for reasons of stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. Your contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation.

Payment is processed by our payment providers at checkout. You warrant that the payment details provided are yours and that sufficient funds are available.

All content on milados.com — including images, product designs, text and the Milados name and logo — is the property of Milados or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content commercially without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milados is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Copenhagen, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
