Shipping Policy

Milados ships worldwide, and delivery is complimentary on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. Orders are dispatched directly from our fulfillment warehouse in China.

Processing time

Orders are prepared in our atelier within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Delivery times

• Europe: 6–12 business days
• North America: 8–15 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Delivery windows are estimates; local carriers and customs may extend transit.

Duties & taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient. We keep declarations accurate to avoid delays.
